### Getting Started

#### How do I create an account?

You have three options:

* **Google Login**: Use your Google account for instant access
* **Email Signup**: Create an account with your email address
* **EOA Wallet**: Connect your existing MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or other Web3 wallet

All methods provide complete self-custody of your funds.

#### Do I need to manage seed phrases?

No. With Google or email signup, Yamata uses account abstraction technology to create a self-custodial wallet automatically. You maintain full control without managing complex seed phrases.

#### How do I get testnet tokens?

After creating your account, use the faucet feature to request testnet assets. Tokens typically appear within 1-2 minutes.

#### Is this real money?

No. All testnet tokens have zero value and are used solely for testing purposes. Real trading will begin on mainnet launch.

### Trading

#### What's the difference between Market and Limit orders?

* **Market Orders**: Execute immediately at current market price
* **Limit Orders**: Execute only when the market reaches your specified price

#### Why should I use Limit orders?

Limit orders (maker trades) earn more rewards points (1 point vs 0.6 points) and provide liquidity to the order book.

#### Are there trading fees?

Testnet trading is free. Mainnet will have competitive maker/taker fee structures.

#### Why don't I need to confirm every transaction?

Yamata's account abstraction technology handles gas fees and confirmations automatically, creating a seamless trading experience while maintaining security.

### Rewards Program

#### How are points calculated?

Points are based on USD volume:

* Limit/Maker trades: 1 point
* Market/Taker trades: 0.6 points
* Additional bonuses for streaks, referrals, and special activities

#### When do I receive $YMTA tokens?

Tokens will be distributed at Token Generation Event (TGE). The timing will be announced as mainnet launch approaches.

#### Can I check my current points?

Yes. Your point balance is displayed in your account dashboard.

#### What if I find a bug?

Report bugs through Discord for rewards between 500-2,000 points based on severity. Include screenshots and steps to reproduce for best evaluation.

#### Do referral points require KYC?

No KYC required, but at token claim time, your wallet, Discord, and Twitter accounts must match for verification purposes.

### Technical

#### Which networks does Yamata support?

Currently testing on Monad testnet. Mainnet will support multiple EVM-compatible chains including Ethereum, Somnia, Base, Optimism, and others.

#### What is OHX technology?

Optimistic Hybrid Exchange mechanism combines CEX-speed execution with DEX-level security through dual-path processing and validator oversight.

#### Is my money safe?

Yes. Yamata is self-custodial - you always control your funds. The platform cannot access or freeze your assets.

#### What happens if I lose access to my account?

For Google/email accounts, use standard recovery methods. For EOA wallets, use your seed phrase. Account abstraction accounts have recovery mechanisms built-in.

### Troubleshooting

#### My trade didn't execute

Check that you have sufficient balance and the price is within reasonable market range. Contact Discord support if issues persist.

#### I can't access the faucet

Faucet limits prevent abuse. If you've reached daily limits, wait 24 hours or ask in Discord for assistance.

#### My points seem wrong

Point calculations update periodically. If you believe there's an error, contact support through Discord with transaction details.

#### The interface isn't loading

Try refreshing your browser, clearing cache, or switching networks. Most issues resolve with a simple page refresh.

### Program Rules

#### Can program rules change?

Yes. Rules, point values, and token allocations may be updated to ensure fairness. Significant changes will be announced in advance when possible.

#### What constitutes farming?

Activities designed to game the system without genuine platform usage, including wash trading, multiple accounts, or coordinated manipulation.

#### How are disputes handled?

Contact support through Discord with specific details. The team reviews all legitimate concerns about point calculations or account issues.

#### When does the program end?

Program duration will be announced as we approach mainnet launch. Final snapshots and token distribution timelines will be communicated clearly.
